Revel Avila is a 100% pure agave spirit from Morelos, Mexico. We’ve blended it with the finest, hand-selected flavor combinations to create our unique and refreshing spritz.

GUAVA + TOASTED COCONUT + KAFFIR LIME

Luxe and tropical, this lively blend of soft, sweet guava and lightly toasted coconut flakes is balanced with the subtle tartness of Southeast Asian Kaffir limes.

DRIED FRUITS & NUTS

Press

"Not only is the Añejo aged for a full twenty-four months, but it is aged in French oak. It is an extra step in effort, time, and cost that really shows attention to detail. And that attention pays off nicely." - Flaviar.com

Serving Suggestions

Revel Avila Añejo is made to be sipped neat and can be complimented with food pairings like cinnamon and toffee crusted almonds or⁣ dark chocolate and sea salt⁣.

  • Old School Roasting

Revel Spirit's piñas are thrown into a pit filled with volcanic rock from a local “active” volcano, then covered with sand and leaves. The piña bulbs are roasted for 48 hours covered, and another 24 hours uncovered. A pipe is inserted into the middle to release smoke so it’s less smoky than Mezcal.

  • New Shcool Steaming & Blending

We also use new school methods (steaming), traditionally used for Tequila. Then, both the steamed and roasted Piñas are blended together for the fermentation process – this makes us unique, giving us a different flavor.
